RETURNS

CurtainsMade4U.com provides custom curtains created and crafted expressly to the customer’s specifications; therefore, we are unable to accept returns. If the product was made incorrectly and does not meet the specifications of your order, you must notify our Customer Service department within 30 days of receipt. Our Customer Service department will issue a UPS pickup.

Any items being returned must be packed in the original carton. After notification, UPS will be out the next business day to pick up your package. If you won’t be home that day, please leave the package out where the UPS driver typically leaves your deliveries. They will try three times to pick up the package.

When we receive the returned items they will be reviewed to determine the best remedy—repair or replacement. A friendly representative will contact you to discuss the details.

IMPORTANT: If merchandise was damaged in transit or a workmanship defect is discovered upon inspection, save original packaging and immediately notify our Customer Service Department at 1-888-99-MADE4U (888-996-2334), Mon.-Fri. 9 am to 5 pm EST.
